How does the ZUZUNEST bottle warmer work? Our bottle warmer uses precision heating to bring milk or formula to the ideal feeding temperature — gently, evenly, and without hot spots. It runs cordless on a rechargeable battery, so you can warm a bottle anywhere: at home, in the car, on a walk, or mid-flight.
Is it compatible with my bottle? Yes — the warmer fits all standard baby bottles, including narrow and wide-neck designs from major brands. It also works with most glass and silicone bottles.
How long does the battery last? A full charge warms up to 4–6 bottles, depending on starting temperature. Charging is via USB-C and takes around 2 hours.
Is it safe for my baby? Absolutely. The warmer uses BPA-free, food-grade materials and is designed with temperature control that prevents overheating. Every unit is tested for European safety standards.
How do I clean it? Wipe the interior with a damp cloth after each use. The exterior cleans easily with a soft cloth. Do not submerge in water.

How long does delivery take? Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. We are continuously working with our logistics partners to make it even faster.
Where do your products ship from? Our products ship from China, where our on-the-ground partner manages our fulfillment operations. This direct presence is what allows us to maintain quality and offer competitive prices. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days to reach you.
What if my order arrives late? In rare cases — extreme weather, customs processing, or carrier disruptions — delivery may take up to 15 business days. If your order hasn't arrived by then, email us at osman@zuzunest.com and we'll investigate immediately.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes — and free returns too. All orders ship free across Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, and the Netherlands, with no minimum order.
What about customs? All EU taxes are included in your order total at checkout. No surprise customs fees on delivery.
