How payments work at ZUZUNEST

This page explains how we handle payments, who processes them, and what data is collected when you place an order on zuzunest.com. We do not store, transmit, or have direct access to your full payment card details at any point.

Payment processors we use

All payments on zuzunest.com are processed by trusted, certified third-party payment processors. Depending on your chosen payment method, your transaction may be handled by:

  • Stripe, Inc. — credit and debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the highest certification level in the payments industry.
  • Wise (Wise Payments Ltd.) — selected international transactions and currency settlement.
  • Other certified third-party providers, as applicable to your selected payment method.

What we collect and what we don't

When you place an order, you provide payment details directly to our payment processor through a secure, encrypted connection. ZUZUNEST receives only the information needed to fulfil your order:

  • Billing and shipping address
  • Email address and phone number
  • Order details (items, quantities, totals)
  • A transaction reference from the payment processor

We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or expiry date. Those details remain with the certified payment processor at all times.

Security standards

Our checkout is protected by:

  • SSL/TLS encryption — every page that handles personal or payment information is served over HTTPS.
  • PCI DSS compliance — our payment infrastructure follows the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
  • 3D Secure authentication — an additional verification step (such as a one-time code from your bank) for eligible card transactions, helping protect against unauthorised use.

Currency, fees, and conversions

Prices on zuzunest.com are displayed in the currency selected at checkout. If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank or card network may apply a foreign-exchange conversion or international fee. ZUZUNEST does not control or receive these fees.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via the same payment processor used for your purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

Fraud prevention

Our payment processors run automated fraud-detection checks on each transaction. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that fail these checks or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
