ZUZUNEST is committed to delivering your order with care and clarity. This Shipping Policy explains how, when, and where we ship your purchase, including processing times, delivery estimates, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, and the Netherlands. Free standard shipping is available on all orders, with no minimum order requirements.

For destinations outside of these countries, please contact us at osman@zuzunest.com for shipping availability and rates. We are working to expand our delivery network and welcome inquiries from new regions.

Where does my order ship from?

ZuzuNest has a dedicated partner physically based in China — one of the world's leading production hubs — who personally manages our sourcing and fulfillment. Your order is handled directly by our team on the ground and shipped straight to your door. This direct presence at the source is how we maintain quality control while keeping things efficient and cost-effective for you.

Possible delays

While we strive to meet our standard delivery window, please be aware that certain circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. These include, but are not limited to, extreme weather events, customs processing, international logistics disruptions, and geopolitical situations. In such cases, delivery may take up to 15 business days.

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at osman@zuzunest.com and we will investigate immediately.

We are actively working with our logistics partners to reduce delivery times and improve your experience.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at osman@zuzunest.com.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

For shipments within Ireland and the European Union (Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands), all applicable taxes are included in your order total at checkout. There are no surprise customs fees on delivery.

Lost, damaged, or missing packages

In the unlikely event your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or never arrives within the 15-business-day window described above, please contact us at osman@zuzunest.com. We will work with our delivery partner to investigate and either replace your order or issue a full refund.

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local delivery service. If the issue is still unresolved after 48 hours, contact us and we will assist.

Address changes and order cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at osman@zuzunest.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address or cancel the shipment.
