We have a 60-night return policy, which means you have 60 nights after receiving your ZuzuNest to request a return.
You don't need to keep it unused. That's the whole point of 60 nights — use it, try it on your bottles, put it on your nightstand. If it hasn't earned its place, send it back.
To be eligible, the return should include the warmer and its charging cable, in reasonable condition. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at osman@zuzunest.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.
Return shipping is free on every order in the United States.
You keep the Calm Night-Feed Guide and the gift, whatever you decide.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. If you're unsure whether your order qualifies, just email us at osman@zuzunest.com and we'll help.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
